Lisa first encountered Pilates in 2008 and fell in love. With a background in ballet and dance, the low impact and endless variety of movements found in Pilates inspired her to become an instructor.
With Pilates accessible to all ages and all stages of health, her goal is to inspire and motivate people to move, bringing energy and health into all aspects of their lives.
Lisa is pleased to be a part of the Meridian Park Studio team and is excited to continue learning from her peers and from continuing education workshops. When Lisa is not working, studying, or taking classes, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and loves to read and cook.
